Voodoo? Magic? Just a bunch of nonsense that has nothing to do with reality and is merely the fantasy of people who are in denial? What is it about the Law of Attraction that so many find to be lacking in logic or having no basis in scientific fact?

I’m going to go a bit deep here. Those who have awakened and have been on their journey of self-discovery for quite some time will more easily grasp the concept. Those who are still asleep and living unconsciously from their programmed beliefs, or perhaps those who have only recently awakened and are still finding it difficult to embrace the ideas that follow, may still find the concept far-fetched and unable to believe or embrace it. The evidence of our current reality prevents many from grasping it. Surely it is just too good to be true.

The Law of Attraction runs counter to everything we’ve been taught (or programmed) by the groups (tribes) we belong(ed) to. Certainly the Law of Attraction is something that self-proclaimed “realists” are not going to understand or embrace, nor do they wish to. In their need to belong or “fit in” with their tribe or culture, the entire idea makes them uncomfortable even discussing it. It is far more “sensible” or “logical” to dismiss it as the fantasy of a delusional person. Yet, quantum physicists are turning everything we’ve always believed about how the universe works (and science itself) upside-down.

Special relativity says mass and energy are interchangeable, as embodied by Einstein’s equation E=mc2 . Thought is energy. When thought is carried out it will manifest itself into mass, or “the evidence of our reality”.

What we think we create. What we believe (or feel) we attract. What we imagine we become. This is not a difficult concept to grasp. The old philosophical question of “What is more real? The thought of a chair, or the chair itself?” Obviously if there is no evidence of a chair in our current reality, the thought is just that, a thought of it and nothing more. Yet, if we keep thinking about the chair we will set out to obtain one, either by grabbing one that is now in our awareness (out of our need for it), or we will go out and find one. But before thinking about it, the chair had no reason to be a part of our reality. Our reality is shaped by our awareness of what exists within it (perception is reality). It is the old “gorilla among basketball players” attention/awareness experiment (https://youtu.be/vJG698U2Mvo). Not only did the gorilla not exist for many, people had to replay the video to justify their “belief” the gorilla wasn’t always there. Chair? What chair?

So as the thought of a chair sits in our imagination (“wouldn’t it be nice to have a chair to sit on right now?”) we will become aware of a chair to sit on (manifest it, if you will) because our thought (desire for a chair to sit on) and imagination (seeing ourselves sitting on one) and belief (the feeling that it exists as a possibility) allows us to easily obtain the chair and then sit on it. The chair itself then becomes real (showing up as evidence in our reality) because we are now aware of it. This is the programmed, “I’ll believe it when I see it” that many unconsciously live by.

But simple as it is, the analogy of the chair is what happens with every single aspect of our life. Instead of a chair, substitute it with ideal health, abundance, fulfilling career, great relationships, etc. Those are certainly possible realities, aren’t they? Do they exist for you now in the present moment? Why not? Do you think (as in the case of the chair) that until they exist for you, they are nothing but crazy (or impossible to obtain) thoughts?

So what does all this have to do with the Law of Attraction or the Quantum field of energy? Everything. But here things start getting complicated and difficult to grasp. So hold on, were about to get deep…

In a study reported in the February 26, 1998 issue of Nature (Vol. 391, pp. 871-874), researchers at the Weizmann Institute of Science have now conducted a highly controlled experiment demonstrating how a beam of electrons is affected by the act of being observed. The experiment revealed that the greater the amount of “watching,” the greater the observer’s influence on what actually takes place.

“People like us who believe in physics know that the distinction between past, present and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion.” ~ Albert Einstein

Here’s the real, scientific deal about the Law of Attraction. According to quantum physics, the past, present and future exist simultaneously. Not only do they all exist together in this present moment we see as our reality, all potential outcomes exist simultaneously as well. What this means is that every single possibility that could ever happen in our future (be it the very next moment, or in the distant future) HAS ALREADY HAPPENED. Every potential outcome already exists. That career or job you have (or might have in the future)? You’ve already kept that job, got fired from that job, got laid off, got a raise or promotion, or changed careers. Same for everything else in your life; you already went back to school, dropped out, failed or graduated, became wealthy, went bankrupt, bought a new house, had your house foreclosed on, lost weight, became healthy, got sick or fat and on and on…ALL OF IT has already happened. Every potential outcome in every single facet of your life past, present AND future, has always existed.

Now you might be thinking, “OK, this is interesting and crazy as it sounds, I’m beginning to grasp this, but what does this have to do with me and how I’m living my life?” Again…everything.

We’ve all been programmed to think and believe a certain way. Beliefs are nothing more than a collection of thoughts we hold to be true, even when they are not true. So if we cling to faulty beliefs, what thoughts are we going to have (and more importantly), what kind of decisions or choices are we going to make about our life from this programming? How have our past thoughts, beliefs and choices affected our life and what have they manifested so far? What outcome have they led to?

To sum up what I’ve laid out here thus far is…

What we think we create. What we believe (or feel) we attract, and what we imagine we become (or our life becomes). Einstein’s Theory of Relativity proves that everything is either energy or mass and that they are interchangeable. Quantum theory proves that the past, present and future exist simultaneously and that every potential outcome already exists. So how do we apply these concepts to our life, i.e. – make this our reality?

If thoughts are energy and every potential outcome already exists, we really need to ask ourselves, “Which potential outcome do I desire? What thoughts will I have to create and manifest this outcome? Which of these potential outcomes do I wish to attract? Which outcome am I holding in my imagination?” All of these things are what the Law of Attraction is about. It isn’t that we manifest things out of thin air as if it were some kind of magic. The Law of Attraction is simply a matter of aligning our thoughts, beliefs, and imagination with the potential outcome we most desire. Because (according to quantum theory) that outcome we desire (out of many outcomes) already exists. We manifest it by simply aligning ourselves (or as others would put it, be a “vibrational match”) to that outcome we desire.

Therefore, if you desire (for example) to be at your ideal weight and in perfect health, this “outcome” already exists for you. Remember, it is just one of many potential outcomes. When your thoughts, beliefs and imagination are all aligned with that outcome, that is what will become your reality. Nothing magical. As quantum physics proves, because you (as the observer of your life) affect the outcome, you then see that potentiality manifest into your reality. All other potential outcomes are then no longer at play.

Now, if instead you desire to be at your ideal weight and in perfect health, but (and this is important) your thoughts dwell on being overweight, telling yourself “I’m so sick of being fat!” or you rely on your current reality (based on what you see in the mirror or what the scale says) then that potential outcome becomes your future reality because that is the potential outcome you align your thoughts with. As to what your future holds and the life you desire, simply ask yourself, “Out of all the potential outcomes in my future, which is the one I desire most?” and then align your thoughts, beliefs and imagination with it. The outcome you align with is the one that manifests…i.e. – The Law of Attraction.

That fulfilling career you desire? It is one of many outcomes awaiting you. Those healthy, beautiful relationships you want to have? They are but one of many potential relationships you will have. The wealth you seek? The potential abundance waiting for you is one of many outcomes. Ideal weight and health? That too is one of many possibilities. All of it, every single bit of your life, has already taken place. All potential outcomes in every aspect of your life already exist. It’s simply a matter of which outcome you desire, and then aligning yourself with it. You are the observer of your life and you affect the outcome, as proven by quantum physics. It isn’t magic. It’s the Law of Attraction. It’s science. Believe it or not.
